I enjoy working at the Samta Foundation because of the meaningful work and the positive impact it creates. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in the management structure to better support the team and achieve our goals more efficiently.

Dislikes

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
