Pay is not that good. Culture is little poor mainly because it's an Asian company and even Indian offices had Koreans inside offices who 'actually' run most of the tasks here even if their designation is same as their Indian counterparts Approval process sometimes take a toll and as an intern especially you can suffer badly because tasks are sequential and you can lack flow while executing your project. WLB from what I saw is in the poor side, as my manager never got time for me in 2 months. This affected not only my work but also the quality of the project as I didn't receive the required feedback

If someone joining in Payroll i suggest you please do not join Samsung Electrics Payroll Team. There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. And his boss - “Manuj Nangaim” he is “ Dhritarashtra” he thinks his job is safe due to “Bhalu” Somehow is right also. But he needs to review why payroll team is not stable. Here is the list now :- 1. No job security. 2. no work life balance. If there is any option yo upload the proofs then i will defiantly upload. 3. No learning. 4. No appreciation for good work. 5. Bla bla

The brand name is the only good thing about this place but the cost to get it is too high

...re of corporate slavery and zero empathy towards employees and their well being. No work life balance (even on weekends), strictly logins with salary deduction provisions, (n) number of redundant reviews for which they won't even give you prep time. Avoid this company at all cost, if you really want to learn and progress in an open minded company. The processes internally are so bad that they will stop your growth and rate you subjectively basis your visibility to your bosses rather than objectively basis achieved numbers. Pro-tip: In case you consider them for whatever reason, do not put down papers in your current company until you're double sure. The divisional HRs here have a habbit of revoking offers last minute after having full blown discussion on remuneration and rolling out LOI. They deserve hell.
