Some time we need time for personal work and it will be provided to us so balance between work and life easily maintain. Overall I feel here work in a friendly environment.

Sometimes they took more time to launch products with latest features in affordable price and compensation is really good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high rather than other company's competitors and sometimes we have to work after the work time of day but overall it is awesome.

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues.salary is so good and but my career is not growth. There is a fixed term employment given offer letter and then given Discalufication of service after 3 month my performance is growing slowly because customer took not grow and my outlet company not given proper stock,. On the job training is not given freedom little bit to new joinees very. High pressure my sales executive

Yes i like working with Samsung before lockdown because that payed much better salary and experience training team

Now Samsung is paying less salary and pressures a lot to sell a particular mobile and have some gambling of incentives and salary
