Policies are only on papers not Implementing on ground,Indian Managers are not creating good work environment,rating process not fair..biased selection process.lot of corruption on circle level.Indian are degrading company reputation.

Salary is better compared to industry.

Dislikes

No proper career growth. Unprofessional behaviour by senior management. No freedom to take decisions. Dirty politics. Zero HR support. So high attrition rate. Don't ruin your career by joining this company.

Wonderful organization with an excellent management. Compensation wise and Perks are very good say best of the industry and keep it at par with other companies. Korean management is so good in keeping their policies in force.

Dislikes

Consultant are not converted to Onroll employees and they won't show any door in their other group of companies when there is no project

Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

Dislikes

...chnology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.
