If someone joining in Payroll i suggest you please do not join Samsung Electrics Payroll Team. There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. And his boss - “Manuj Nangaim” he is “ Dhritarashtra” he thinks his job is safe due to “Bhalu” Somehow is right also. But he needs to review why payroll team is not stable. Here is the list now :- 1. No job security. 2. no work life balance. If there is any option yo upload the proofs then i will defiantly upload. 3. No learning. 4. No appreciation for good work. 5. Bla bla

Per peice incentive and over and above incentive salb is very good and every month traning schedule is very good

In diwali no bonus provide by samsung and increment on every year is very less to comparison other brand

No promotion, appraisal. Increment very low and salary decreased frist time ever.very low chanceto go next level. No leaves allowed any festival

Company salary policy is according to their mind. If they feels our salary is excess in the term of their expectations, they will bring new policy and cut our salary. They are working according to their mind, we can't challenge them, becoz of sycophancy people. All the trying set an example and slowly slowly our salary and incentive are getting reduced. I am waiting for my gratuity period.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in Samsung and noting to dislike. Just one thing, If they decide to cut our salary, they can and they do. If we open our mouth then we have sycophancy. Within few days I'll resign.
