Hi I have 3 year Diploma in EE and currently working as a Assistant manager .I have total 15 yr experience. 5 year as a service engineer and 10 year with Facility Project and construction in Electrical Department.According to me my current salary is not as per my Experience and knowledge. Salary - Good

Dislikes

But for the pay, nothing is good. No work life balance. Have to work from 10.00 a.m to 11.30 p.m daily with a day's off between Monday to Thursday. No family life at all. Never seen such a work culture in my 24 years of Corporate experience

1.Salary & Promotions 2.No HR in this company instead they have ER team(Employee Relations) which are basically10th Passed Operators promoted to Engineer category. They do not know even ABCD of HR and their role, you can never expect their help on any occasions whether it is Mediclaim, Present Role, Promotion, Cafeteria Food, Harrassement etc.
