Lots of difference between on roll and offroll- 60-70% salary of claims stucked because we have to pay for each and everything for official travel No work life balance 9.30 am office starts and no fix time of working close Even we worked till 12 am Personal life fully spoiled Faced health issue Only Monday to go office rest to be on tour Even If one minute got late you have to apply for half day leave no regularisation is there Toxic culture Sat sunday used to be week off but no reality of it Saturday full of working Sunday also asked to work even meetings happen Todays scenario - Company is on lay off onroll employee got out and now off roll are also in list after Diwali season

Nothing to like because of service franchises onwners

Service franchises are going to ruined companies image for there personal profits not giving proper salary to there employees and doing fake jobs over all ho has to see check and monitor service franchises cheating activity and should take step by direct requirting the employees to the service centers

There is no empowerment, no promotions, and average salary hikes, Indian management is a puppet in the hands of the Korean management, Indian leadership doesn't take a stand for its employees and team members, and Indian management is concerned only about its own promotions and growth, 85% of the manpower is purposely kept on third party payrolls so that they don't have to give employee benefits but the expectation from those outsourced employees is more than the payroll employees. Overall not a company to work for. Work only if you have no other better job available at that time. It can help you fill the gap.

I would like to work with the Samsung because this company give me a platform to improve my skills and knowledge to grow up.

I dislike about working at samsung. It's not PF system. Salary is decent but career growth is low.On the job training is not given to new joinees
