Top Management doesn't listen to market needs leading to dissatisfied channel partners No scope of promotion. They hire and fire employees without any reason. Too much Undue pressure from management. No empathy at all.

I am Working in Samsung last 9 Years Samsung Given Good Salary and Incentives and In Samsung Staff Managers Are Good Behavior and Apart from that Training And Courses Are Very Benefits of my Increase on Knowledge

Compensation is unmatched compared to similar companies in the same industry.

Dislikes

Everything apart from the compensation is terrible. No career path; it is usual here to promote (ASM to DAM) and demote (DAM to ASM) someone in the same year. Never had a training in my 4yr S&M stint because apparently 'training is just another excuse to not achieve your target' . HR is non-existent. For Sales team, it is the national distributor who decides the appointment & transfer of ASMs and ABMs.

There is no place for learning and training even a new joined gets induction after 4 months of joining. HR and other support functions do not support new joiners. Very untransparent HR policies and employee benefits. Not open to take feedbacks
