I found my company Samatrix.io to be a great place to work. I joined the Samatrix.io about 3 years back. Since then I have contributed towards to growth of the company and the company has invested in my growth. I like to work for Samatrix.io due to following reasons 1. Personal Development and growth opportunities 2. Career growth opportunities. I joined as a junior member but grew 3. Engaged leadership. They are available and listen to my problems and try to solve them 4. Informal Culture. Being startup, the company culture is very informal. Just pick up the phone and ask help. or send WhatsApp message 5. Timely Salaries and Bonus 6. Annual Increments (as per HR guidelines) 7. Good Work Life Balance. I worked from my home town 3-4 times in the past 3 years. It was approved

Dislikes

I joined 3 years ago. But the new employee with same experience was hired at a higher salary recently. This disappointed me and I decided to look for alternatives aggressively. Before making the final call, I talked to management. They explained me how internal "parity" works and in certain situations, during critical times, they have to hire employees with slightly higher salary, but they do not forget the old ones. During the annual reviews, they try to adjust the salaries so that every one is similar. I hope it will be implemented.

...lose touch with all the employees and listens to their problems to resolve them. The on-time salary, on-time annual increments, and flexible working helps me focus on my deliverables. Overall I am very satisfied while working with Samatrix

There was some issues, that the team discussed with the management. I am happy to see that those issues have been worked upon and sorted. So noting specific at this moment.

...olve issues easily. 2. The organisation pays lots on attention to the employees. Such as timely salary payout, annual double digit increments, transparency in financial matters (Bonus and expenses). The growth oriented vision of the managements gives me sense of job security and stability.

Dislikes

The team size is growing at an exponential pace but the HR practices are maturing at a linear pace. Therefore, in some areas the HR could perform better. I discussed the same with my friends. I realised that several early stage start-ups face such challenges. I noticed that the HR is trying to catchup the curve but more needs to be done to remain ahead of the curve.

...with Samatrix.io for the past 3 years. I am highly satisfied with the company 1. On-Time Salary - The salary date is 7th of every month. I received my salary on 7th of every month. Not a single instance when the salary was delayed. Helps me plan my finances accordingly 2. On-Time PF Deposit - Company has been deposited my PF in my account on time. No delays 3. Bonus - In my offer letter the company has promised me a fix bonus. So far I have received my bonuses regularly twice a year in Jan and July. I have not heard of any instance of bonus not paid for employees who have been continuing with the company. 4. On time appraisal - As per HR guidelines, I have been told when I will be eligible for my appraisal. I have received my appraisals twice without any followups. I received my appraisals on time. 5. Job Security - In three years, I have not faced any such issues. Once my feedback went down and there was a client escalation. At that time I was given 2 options. Either improve my feedback or I will be asked to leave. I worked on my issues and I have not faced any issues since then. 6. Skill Development - During my working hours, I am allocated time for my own development, enhance my skills, and learn new skills. I have been using the allocated time to enhance my skills. 7. Work Satisfaction - During my interview process, I was clearly told my job role and expectations. I signed up for the employment offer based on what I was told. There is no difference between what I am told earlier and what I am assigned. 8. Flexibility in Leaves - I have not faced any issues with my leaves. However my leave requests were turned down on couple of instance because of the customer requirements.

Job Rotation - I have worked for 3 years. Now I think the company should offer me some opportunity for job rotation.

...hip attitude. They were making fool to students, their parents and even college. No appraisal, they will deduct your 10% salary as security and saying that is your bonus. They were hiring college pass out with ga year at 25k salary and showing them to 6-7 year of experience and showing college that they were paying lakhs of rupees to employee. This way they were doing fraud to students and colleges and making you to participate. So if anyone files a case then you will also get stuck so be careful while joining. My main reason for resigning is this only. They will treat you like a contract labor, no benefits for employee, No laptop even no tee were provided. No joining kits and get together they will only interact with you when anything blunders happens and talk to you in unappropriated way. even offer letter is fraud there will not be any stamp or sign in offer letter. If a students fight with you they will not take any actions and they will fire you because students are there client so be careful. If you want to resign then they will torture you as they have 3 month notice period and also warn you to do problem in background verification like they had done to many. If you work with them for more than 1 month and once your pf gets deducted they you will get stuck so be careful. I think they will remove this true review and write a review with them as they had done earlier.
