Their leadership and upper management. Also there is so much of unnecessary team politics. And the work is very redundant, nothing much to learn in analytics side of Salesforce. Just keep completing those stakeholders requirements without knowing why are we doing it.

Employee satisfaction is excellent in Salesforce, salary package provided by them is also higher than other companies, It's a dream for many to work in Salesforce. You have free food, snack, games here to relax you mind. and what more. It's good company I've been working here since 1 year almost.

Dislikes

Company is really good for Employees but for Contractors it's not, they don't provide the same facilities as they provide to Employees. If you want to join any renowned company make sure you work their as a Employee not as a Contractor.

learning wise it’s good. we get enough opportunity to learn new stuffs. Get chance to work with very talented team.

...esources direct from market. for internal resources this academy has been setup. salary whatever you get while joining is good after that they won’t give any good numbers.

No work life balance, now they have reduced the salary, no remote work option, no offices in pune for support, no fair promotion, not at all feels like a product company but it feels more like a bpo now.The above views are from perspective of a support egg. The facilities they provide for their employees are exceptional. They have designated salary ranges for each position. If you get a role, they will offer you compensation within that range, regardless of your current package.

Dislikes

Getting promotions can be extremely difficult. Your total years of experience hold little value. If the interviewer likes you, you might secure a high position with minimal experience. Conversely, if the feedback is unfavourable, you might end up in a low position despite having extensive experience.
