1) Salary is OK 2) Benifits 🏥 🎓 🚗 3) I would say worklife balance is good until you don't work during AMER hours but you will get compensation for it. 4) Unlimited Tasty food & Barista access but quality of food is becoming worse day by day 😅

Dislikes

1) Lot of office politics started recently in hyd location, earlier it used to be a good environment but nowadays becoming very toxic. 2) Lot of fake promises will be given for promotion & it's very hard to get promotion here. 3) CSG department is adopting call center culture it's becoming more like a BPO company. 4) Every 4-5 months they will introduce new KPI , they don't care about customer issue or customer experience they just care about KPI's. 5) Most of the manager's you will find here are from BPO sector they don't have sufficient technical knowledge. 6) If you are working in Technical Support Engineering , then no career growth & learning opportunity.

Good Salary obviously. Other than that work culture at Ohana is great.

Dislikes

Micro management from Managers. No work life balance. You will be on customers call entire day. The process is not streamlined. The expectation is learn every skill and help the customer in all the possible ways. There is micro management specially in their Signature Support Team. Huge pressure everyday.

After joining feel like this company is not good for job security is 0% , After joining they will provide training and also if you fails in assessment they will fire you. Also after training and assessment they will conduct 1 on 1 meeting interview if that interview fail then they will fire. Because of there product salesforce we can't delete user we can deactivate so by our previous organisation they will check each and every information so this is not acceptable from salesforce.Even they will check when your org is created.as per that they will catch your salesforce experience. Same happen with me I have given 2.1 year of experience but as per org created date I have 1.7 year of experience because of this silly reason they fired me.
