Dislikes

Getting promotions can be extremely difficult. Your total years of experience hold little value. If the interviewer likes you, you might secure a high position with minimal experience. Conversely, if the feedback is unfavourable, you might end up in a low position despite having extensive experience.

1. Skill development and career development. 2. Salary is on higher side compare to other companies. 3. Other then work there are various teams which you can join, which are working on various social causes and organise regular events. 4.so far I have met great people who are always ready to help and are experts in their domain. 5. You can do all salesforce certification for free and without any worry that company will ask for payment if you will leave your job. 6. Completely streamlined salary and tax process. 7. only 30 days notice period. 8. No layoffs in consultancy so far unless you are really bad at your job.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance and everything depends upon the project you are in. There are fair share of Good as well as Bad Projects here. Although you learn a lot usually when you are in Bad project but your life can become hell. 2. You don't get Shares as part of your package on roles STC and below. You can purchase your own though. 3. These days they are cutting cost on everything so appraisal are average but still better then other consultancy companies.

...no estimation , no retrospective… requirements come over email/excel/call . People only stay because of high salary.

Good work-life balance, pay, and other benefits. All team members are smart and extremely helping.

Dislikes

Sometimes the budget is used for unnecessary things or maybe used wrongly, I would suggest using the budget carefully and maybe taking feedback from employees on what they would require to be done with it. This way it's employee employee-first approach.

India Management is Bad, Indian Managers in SRE are from Support programs and they do Micromanagement and also they are not supportive, they are biased and do favouritism. They put one of the best team person in PIP and tortured him alot, he had to choose Prompt exit package because his mental health was so shattered.
