The only thing to like about Sakon is its client base.

... out to some one else and this way almost all your issues will not be solved. 3.Company Policy: They have started bringing half cooked new policies which will make you loose a part of your salary, they have very stupid and vain policies like if you have missed to apply attendance for a week let's say mon to fri and then you won't be able to apply that on coming Monday and your pay will be deducted and never reverse the LOPs. Optional leave policy is also very stupid They would themselves make some new new policies and then realise some points and they keep changing them every now and then without any senses Leave counts given are very less. They have no employee benefit aur engagement policies They ask for your confidential feedback and then complaint about it your manager. 3.Pay : The pay range is very low and unbalanced. They find people who for some or the other reason agree to the low pay scale and lure them to provide good appraisals but when the time comes for appraisals sorry to say but you will be fooled again my friend they would want to do negligible increase in pay and give insane unbelievable reasons. The cost cutting is some much that they would cut the annual meets for consistent 2-3 years and fool you that it's rescheduled but it's never scheduled again. They would put softwares to spy you 24*7 and you need to explain your inactivity for even 15-20 mins 4.Gadgets and devies : They can't even afford laptops they will give you used rented laptops. 5.Bonus/incentives: No more how hard you work they only appreciate and highlight there favourites and even when you receive Client appreciations they do have any incentive policy for your motivation but they will keep fooling you that there are starting with performance based incentive very soon. 6.Office : The office is very normal and small and cannot occupy all there employees and this is the reason for Work from home or hybrid office visits. They do not have canteen or mess or games. 7.Birthdays/Weddings/Farewell : Company doesn't care about any of these rather you and team will have to contribute the amount to celebrate all these for your team mates. 8.Training: Since most of the experienced resources have left, now the training is also hampered and the trainers are such that they have stopped working and have less ground level basic knowledge so they discuss their doubts with the colleagues 10 mins before the session and lie about the work completion. Many more feedbacks are still left to be shared.

Nothing to like about.. They will lure you to join because it is working from home and soon they will ask you to start working from office as that's the only benefit this company can give.

...till they have some benefits. No overtime allowance. Shift allowance is peanuts. Salary bracket is not same for all employees. They fool you around with salary too. For a same profile one is getting 4 LPA and the other is getting 8 LPA. And for a higher position they are giving 7 LPA.. makes no sense.

Initially it was permanent WFH and work pattern was flexible. You'll just make good friends here. Career wise nothing to like.

Company is grate, but Managers are worst.

Dislikes

... and growth road defined. Management just want you to keep working in circles. No Diwali bonus, rewards etc. Management professionalism and behavior is not acceptable towards loyal employees. You had to be in good books of managers if you have to work and grow in this company.

Nothing in these company… Torcher Torcher Torcher Giving 1 star only because of salary and it helped me financially but not mentally. When comes to mentally and work culture rating would be zero.

I controlled myself from many years but because of these pathetic managers data ops invoice processing team my feelings got bursted and felt crying. These review is genuine and not to mis lead company only because of future employee concern. I believe Giving review is everybody’s right and writing this review with heavy hearted and believing it will get improved in coming future. 1. Pathetic work environment especially in data ops team that to because of manager and few unknowledgable Lead analyst’s 2. Manager is knowledgable but not ready to transfer to team members and making team members to sit late night to work and putting pressure. 3. Manager behaviour making us feel down and felt very bad and feel to get sucide every-time. 4. This works like micro management, only favoured peoples gets promoted and get work balanced work by manager. 5. Torcher Torcher Torcher. 6. No motivation only demotivation by manager. 7. Selfish management. 8. Managers are trying to push the people in trouble and they will wait and if any 0.1% went wrong they will not come up with controls instead of they will push directly in trouble and in front of team and management directly shoot us like this boy/girl is useless, But the point is manager is not fit to be manager here, don’t know how to deal and how to handle escalation and don’t appreciate for good things. 9. No work balance, working day and night and there is no appreciation only demotivating. 10. No good hike, No work culture because of local behaviour by manager, no work ethics, 11. Managers are least bothered about employee career, work life balance and feelings. 12. They make us to work sat and Sunday also and when comes to week day from morning till mid 3 o clock with full pressure. Note to HR’s and management:- If you guys don’t take action to such managers in data ops mobility invoice processing team, in future probably employees may die because of manager and work culture. this is the truth and the saddest part is HR/ management is not taking any action, they are least bothered.
