Wannabe HR polices which look good only on paper. Being frank with self respect in the company willl only lead to your downfall ,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary structure is very poor, you can say least in market and same is condition of increament. Career growth is very low for example if you join as team member you will that for a minimum of 7to 8 years or may be more.
