Its an offrole position. Too much work pressure for an off role position employee. DA and other benefits not good at all. Unrealistic expectations. Too much travelling as compared to what we’re payed. No work life balance. Forget that you have a life beyond work.

Very vast opportunity for people development. Flexible timings for shift people makes good work life balance.

Salary increment & promotion is little bad. Economic struggling will be merely observed among team members. Remaining all were good.

I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.
