There are some good and would say the best people in the same department Dr. Kanchan kulkarni is the one who is handling the quality and escalations on time. She doesn't care about the person who's regarding the complaint is she will escalate. I had pretty good time and memories with my team but at the same time i saw her struggling for silly issues

... then forget about your dreams and goals they dont f*ck care about north people. you will get a better salary than south people but your life will be as bad as hell. forget support you cant even share your problem with your call center manager, she will have only one answer text me I'll check it out and then forget about it. I saw some of my colleagues working there from day one the call center started and till now they are in the same position and the interesting thing is it doesn't matter at what position you are except the manager you have to take calls and you will never be appreciated for that. They will give you such creepy and non sense targets which you cannot achieve at any cost. They have a branch in nashik and that one is the most pathetic branch i have ever seen. everyday the doctors have the reschedule and they inform the patients in last minutes, some times we have faced this issue after the doctor's opd timings. Now turn for the HR department : They don't have time to check your emails just because they are busy fixing the so called HRMS which never work properly. You have to meet the HR every single month for attendance regularisation. I Never saw Hrms portal issues in any company. They don't even know their own policies, I request you all If you are thinking of joining this company think twice before you go for an interview. They will promise you for hikes and increments that you never get. Now they have introduced a new policy that you have to take permission every single time to go for a break from HR Worst ever company and so called corporate culture Never ever think to join here if you are from north India

No proper SOP defined for any process They feel they have corporate culture. However, the culture is very degraded starting from senior management. Humiliation in front of every one. No training will be provided. No incentives paid on time. Lots of misleading. No proper employee benefits apart from salary. No fixed appraisals time period. They will give when ever they want.

The management is very encouraging and supportive. Management is always first to recognise the hidden talent of an employee and supportive to unlock new skills. The future goals and career growth with the company is unimaginable.

No BASIC salary protocol in all departments including nursing Showing partiality in a view of cast religion basic Theres is no recognizing the hard and heartfully workers In all departments staff are very less especially nursing,for this reason we are missing work satisfaction
