I like nothing about organisation.

Dislikes

They cut my salary when I resigned from my job, I fully served 30days notice period and I handover my responsibility and gave training to new hired employee then also They didn't gave me 17day's salary.

I enjoy working at Sahajanand Laser Technology (SLTL) because of the innovative and cutting-edge technology the company offers in the field of laser solutions. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that pioneers advancements in laser cutting, marking, welding, and automation, providing industry-leading solutions. The collaborative and challenging work environment motivates me to learn and grow continuously. While I value my experience at SLTL, challenges like occasional delays in technical support and machine availability, as well as pricing concerns in a competitive market, can be demanding. However, I see these as opportunities to improve and contribute to the company’s success.

Late Salary and expenses Pure office politics by senior employee who is plant head there but interfering in sales and all departments in company. Without having sense of market she still operating in 90's era. Be aware of her and if you go against her by showing your 'real capabilities' she can plan any conspiracy against you in which she is expert since 25 years in same organisation. She always wipes out employees who are smarter than her and would like to surrounded by 'bootlickers' If you are not found guilty in her court then final ace card to play is 'Women Victim Card' which she uses cleverly by some junior female staff. HR department always takes neutral role against her even after showing the unethical efforts by her. Most employees had left SLTL Medical thanks to that croocked lady only. HR head is like gunda lacking basic sense of emotions towards employee. He directly takes 'supari' of employee for termination by pressuring them to resign immediately or terminate on same day. Worst HR department I have ever seen. Company owner is clueless with the medical device industry.

there is no growth in salary or in your working post. nor you will get any opportunity or progress in this company. after giving so many years to this company also will don't see your work.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
