Area manager can't be supportive..area manager can't Do any work ..will put all work on his sales office ..along with sales will you have to manage operation, vehicle arrangement ,collection .arrange delivery .and many more

Actually, I like the Work culture, policies and Superior management all are very co operative with everyone. They always help you in need. There is so many opportunities to learn about logistics and supply chain.

There is little bit dissatisfaction in Salary growth. It is grow like slow and steady. Otherwise everything is good.

Friendly teammates , company also providing very good training , job security is 100%, better opportunity, salary always on time never late , work environment is very good , work life balance is so good .

No work life balance, 6 days working, No festivals off, No promotion, Appraisal between 3%-6%, No Diwali bonus, (you only get 1 laddu on diwali not even one box) You can't take leaves according to you, it doesn't matter you're getting married, you're suffering from cancer or you're facing any problem in your family or personal life, seniors don't care. Recommendation not to join this company specially in Strategy department because there are 4 people who is doing groupism and office politics. They are not good at all.
