Like about this company is they not gonna fire you until you ask for your own growth.

Just forget about promotion and salary hike if you get selected HR policy are very bad that you don't have any paid leave they pay incentive which they acquire from salary after 3 month if they want.

Salary Payment Timings is Excellent. Work Environment is good and most of Employees are very cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Most disliking are HR of the company not fully aware of the activity of the employee and they are not at all conversant about the quality of the employee and never try to judge the skill of employee. Promotion and apprisal totally on the basis of relation with the boss not according to quality and skill. Another disliking is that anytime company only with one month notice release the employee from the company very smartly without any hesitation which is very much dangerous for an employee.

Nothing is good here. No work life balance. 6 days working. No festival holidays. People are dying due to burnout. yet the management doesn't care.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
