Love your Job not Your company, For fresher lot of things can be learn

Dislikes

HR are Terrible they dont even communicate with employee, Finance is very poor in the office one wont even get TA/DA spending from our own pocket, Company Exit Policy, Appraisal Process, Company Culture dont have any, Except salary you wont get any other benefit PF, Insurance, gratuity, bonus or any, delay in salary every month(one will receive salary in the end of next month), No hierarchy chain anyone can allot the work to anybody without intervening senior or TL , No management at all

Dislikes

There is no management at all. salary date is too late, They force you too work extra hours without any Over time. It's a tonally fraud company, they don't provide Traveling allows for site visit, zero value of employee, worst every management system, Don't even provide salary and F&F after serving notice period, They give lot's of false commitment for salary and incentives, No work life balance in this company, company culture is also very worst, the work environment is very hectic, don't have any other activities only for work 24 hours, Do not join this broody company it's totally fraud. Seniors are also fraud, I lost lot of money because of their work and false commitment. I didn't received my full and final after 4 months of notice period and it's been 60 days of completing notice period.

Dislikes

...oyee do multiple work. Management, Team Leaders, Work environment is terrible. You will never get your salary on time it will be lately handover to you by 15 days every month. Girls be safe in few departments.

Nothing good, best for slow-paced people who wants to work solo no teamwork.

... spent on it and the space in sitting is like two people kissing each other's. 3)Salary is not given on time current month salary is given on next month 25th Day. No proper phases of software development are followed TL needs to learn direct development, direct API & Web & App development is given no proper design structure. 4)Team is slow and no proper communication done in between everyone feels like do your work enjoy your bread. 5)Some new people joined the company recently they haven't received the system resources from past a month company hires without allocating system and no onboarding experience. 6)Server is slow for working as Backend Developer worst monitor, keyboard resources given to employees. How can a Android Developer, Graphic Designer, Backend Developer can work with 8GB Ram, no graphic card. 7)No Proper testing equipment's is given to Android Developers, Tester to test the work. Better luck before joining and this review is anonymous from an employee who was or is in this company maybe.
