Honestly, nothing major. Work can be demanding at times due to the nature of projects, but it's rewarding and keeps me motivated. Overall, SAAR is a fantastic place to work if you are passionate about technology and innovation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great work culture and career growth !!!

HR are Terrible they dont even communicate with employee, Finance is very poor in the office one wont even get TA/DA spending from our own pocket, Company Exit Policy, Appraisal Process, Company Culture dont have any, Except salary you wont get any other benefit PF, Insurance, gratuity, bonus or any, delay in salary every month(one will receive salary in the end of next month), No hierarchy chain anyone can allot the work to anybody without intervening senior or TL , No management at all...Read More
