...hout any knowledge, also not disclose any details about project to new employee. Employee joins due to high salary paid by SA, but once project is over they simply kick out that resource. I have seen they remove employees within 15 days to 3 months.

Nothing to say much, except the employee engagement activities. No Salary hike once you join, so ask for salary before you join it.

No transportation. Less salary Lots of politics & kickbacks No scope of good hike / promotion

I was at client location Tata Motors Pimpri plant,where - you think SA hired you based on your skills while client will make you feel that they purchased you as labour for which SA has nothing to do anything.

Resources can be changed and hired easily but client can't.So client is only priority.

Work culture is little bit good, no job security, no sick leave and they have(Sandwich leave Policy). Management don't bother about associates. No proper training is provided & induction session are done after 5 months of your joining.

Dislikes

Some senior HR are popular to play politics, very much unprofessional in talking skills. No other complaints.

There is nothing I will say that I like about SA. Totally disgrace to call it as IT Complany

Job security is the Major concern. I will suggest if you are single and do not hold loans, there is no one who is dependent on you. JOIN IN THAT CASE ONLY.
