Recently, I completed my one year of employment at SJ Chirania & Associates and I am filled with immense gratitude and satisfaction. The entire past year has been incredibly fulfilling, marked by substantial personal and professional growth. The dynamic environment and esteemed clientele allowed me to experience a multitude of situations, including but not restricted to outstation opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge. The guidance and support provided by our incredible mentor and partner, Sudheer Chirania, has been instrumental in my development. His commitment to professional development and recognition of hard work is truly remarkable. He not only provides valuable feedback but also rewards dedication with increments that exceed the industry standards to express his appreciation for the effort put forth by the team. Being part of such a motivating, experienced, and fantastic team has been a privilege. The collaborative and supportive culture here is truly inspiring, as it fosters an environment where employees blossom into the best version of themselves. The positive atmosphere here has greatly contributed to my professional growth and has made my experience here both rewarding and enriching.

Working at S.J.Chirania & Associates, has been immensely rewarding experience. My primary focus was on litigation cases in Direct Tax and Indirect tax, where I have gained significant expertise due to the challenging and varied cases I handled during my tenure. The firm's culture is another highlight. Working alongside a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals has not only been inspiring but has also pushed me to enhance my own capabilities. There were many opportunities to participate in high profile cases and contribute to this work have been one of the great experiences. I'm grateful for the mentorship I have received from the team and the Partner Sudheer Chirania Sir.

It has been a truly rewarding experience to be a part of the SJCA team during my time here. I began my professional journey by completing my 3 year articleship at SJCA, which laid a solid foundation for my career. Following that, I had the opportunity to work overseas, but when i returned to India, I could think of no better place to continue my professional growth than SJCA. I am deeply grateful to Sudheer SIr for extending the opportunity to rejoin the firm, and it felt like homecoming. The firm offers a wide range of experiences, from assessments to appeals, indirect tax and audit, all of which have enriched my expertise. I am truly grateful for the invaluable lessons and professional growth I have gained at SJCA.
