Salary increment is not good, no re balancing of salary as per industry standards I worked in ESG department, preference alway gives to QC for promotion Headache process in ESG they need to work on Qc is absolute, no proper training Recently they brought Evaluesever ESG team they brought there toxic culture and process, the reason I left the company, Cafeteria is expensive Education assistant is not good, career is very limited can't grow

...rk-life balance, and I purely feel the department manager is responsible for it. Also, compensation (Hike + Variable) policies need to be modified.

Micro-management in few teams. Managers with no domain experience are leading the team. Unimaginery targets. No work-life balance due to extremely high target.

Good Company to bulid your career. working environment is superb. Leaders, manager all were so much helpfull and supportive. In Covid, Giving extra leaves, Healthcare Gifts, Vaccination drive, advance bonuses and covid care allowance, advance salaries and S&P also helping their Employees as well as Ex employee also. I Really feel proud to work with S&P Global.

...no different from any corporate company....career growth is a little restricted. salary is very rewarding for a fresher. the company provides only one way cab for morning(at 5:30 am)pickup and evening shifts(at 12:45 am)drop ...and both pick and drop for night shift. overall its a very nice place to work.

Since we get only one way cab,lot of time is wasted in travelling.
