Doesn't qualifies as a start-up, it's lala company or a shop. Owner doesn't has sense of understanding, neither talks with integrity, shouts and always remain aggressive. Variable amount doesn't belong to you at all, even if they call guaranteed bonus. Appraisals never happen. Work 24x7, aggressive culture and partiality among team members.what not. Please try and validate.
