Before joining in Ryan I had 2 year of exp however I joined here as fresher. the work culture here is quite casual and if you compare this organization with other company employees talk in a very disrespective tone. The language in which training is provided starts in english and then shifts to hindi/telugu. Ryan has many events such as yearly outings, cricket match, mens day/ womens day, walakathon, team dinners and you are somewhere forced to attend them. Not sure hiw this company wins awards becuse half of the time there is fun going on within the team or on floor. Ryan focus on bulk hiring and placements and they dont see the quality in candidate. They just hire anyone they want as they want to reach level of big companies. Ryan wins awards for GPTW every year because of all fun we have, and all the casual behavior employees keep with each other and there is very less growth and learning opportunity. Leaders dont be like leaders here they try to be like friends and they dont keep distance while interaction unknowing but when comes to give promotion they forget this friendships which they try to keep. yearly hike is very less. HRs are only approachable at time of hiring after that they wont respond.

Company Culture is it's main USP. Job security is also good. People are approachable. Have a feel good environment during Annual meets and events.

Dislikes

Pay it is very less. The team which I am working is literally lost it's shine and glitter. There is no proper vision or mission being communicated to employees. We are feeling restricted with in house tools and apps. Even though the company provides compensation for the courses but in the it doesn't connect with our process well. Management is very very unstable. There is lot of imbalance in the team. They have been taking a lot of work even when your plate is full. Complicating simple issues. Some people are busy with something else not related to process and wouldn't be available at the time of need.

The Organization always welcomes feedback and consistently works on it. Everyone working at Ryan manifest the core values of the organization. Employees get a lot of growth and learning opportunities. it is a best place for graduates fresh out of college to start working in the corporate world. The leadership team and management is always approachable. Great learning, work satisfaction and immense opportunities to the employees with a professional quality work to client is what the organization delivers.

Dislikes

There will be hardly anything anyone working at Ryan will dislike about. The Organization should reconsider the compensation part, as it is less when compare to other competitive firms. If that is taken care, no employee would even think about looking other opportunities as Ryan provides rest everything like work life balance, work satisfaction, growth opportunities, learn new technology etc.

Ryan recognizes the talent. We here in Ryan have perfect work-life balance, we are cared, we are recognized and we are growing. Ryan not only cares about their employees but also about the society.

Dislikes

We do not get travel opportunities and the salary component is very less.

The culture is good, you like working here and they just don't lay off like that. A good company for fresher to start career but don't settle here. Just gain some experience and move on.

You cannot grow here, the amount what they pay for work is very less. You cannot plan your career here
