Rural Development Department is the best option for servicer because As a servicer I know what is MNREGA and what it's culture . Through in this department I save society deeply and know very well about employment for rural areas and what types of the project, processes work style , payment style , and Co plant redressal systems , know deeply work culture of GRAM PANCHAT ,know about PANCHAYAT RAJMEMBERS etc. SO I ENJOY IN THIS SERVICE BUT HERE IS FIXED TENIUR FOR AS AN OMBUDSMAN ONLY FOUR YESRS.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
