A very reputed brand in Real Estate known for delivering quality projects on time. Employee benefits like PF, GMI, GPA, GTI, Weekly Off, Paid Leaves, Salary Paid on Time. Employee Engagement activities like celebration of birthday and festivals.

Dislikes

The processes are very lengthy, especially the approvals need atleast seven sign and takes a week for the approvals, there is a lot of pressure and stress on completing the deadlines, there is disparity in pay and experience, a lot of small tasks have to be done independently which take a lot of time and there is no adequate support staff. Lack of parking space for employees which is reserved only for the top management. The pantry is too small to accomodate the employees hence most of them have food on their desk.

A very good company to start a career with, lot of learning opportunities, good culture, and all team leaders are very friendly and supportive. most important you will get work fexibility (Independent control on work).

Salary structure is ok (nor good nor bad).

Nothing great except ontime salary..and some what work life balance.

...to respond when follow up taken for FNF. Lack of information regarding your FNF. Business with employees salary. Will pay you on your basic salary...and will recover on your Gross salary. Component like Diwali bonus will also be considered under recovery.

1. Higher management mostly seating idle & at last moment blaming to Jr. Staff. 2. Planning department work are not productive due to sr. Management. 3. Company are not system driven. 4. Contracts department & design department are too much arugants & having lots of coordination issue.

Salary is on time and the company has variety of Projects for great learning.

Dislikes

All Saturdays are not off. Centralized decision making system. All the decision are taken by the owner. HR policies are not that great. The company has no paternal leave policy. The costing and Budgeting HOD not that geat.
