The processes are very lengthy, especially the approvals need atleast seven sign and takes a week for the approvals, there is a lot of pressure and stress on completing the deadlines, there is disparity in pay and experience, a lot of small tasks have to be done independently which take a lot of time and there is no adequate supportstaff. For sure, an E.Y like situation from Pune will arise over this company. HOD of many departments are extremely toxic due to the CORE management being unethical. Your voices are never respected. Unethical, toxic environment, unnecessary pressure building.

Lot of office politics. If you need good results, first you need to support, build confidence, have patience & motivate your employees. Micro management is not going to help. Corporate work seems to be lacking & not much help from colleagues of different departments having a very self centred approach
