If you work religiously, you will get to learn more in M/s. RUBEXCO PVT LTD. There are lots of things which you will get to learn in this company. So, I would like to say thanks to M/s. RUBEXCO PVT LTD. I worked in this company for 4 year and 2 months. I had excellent work experience. I learnt there how to co-ordinate with the clients as well as the officers of M/s. RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED. I got to work in SAP system, prepare different types of reports.

...cerned, it is zero as the employer terminates the employee any time at his will. 3) As far as the salary is concerned, the girls are paid higher than the boys which is impartiality between girls and boys. 4) The freshers are paid higher than the experienced one. 5) The same songs are played in this company since morning to evening which is honestly terrible.6) The employees are not sanctioned the PF if he leave the company at his will. E-signing is kept on hold so that the employee can not claim online to withdraw his PF.

There were clear biars between male and female employees. Top management always abusing male employee and treating them like slave. Terrible work environment. Directors behavior wasn't not acceptable towards male and female employees. Specially Srikanth tapuriah.

The MD is mental … Shrikant tapuriah thinks he is your master and behaves as if he owns you. He shouts insults on you for even writhing notes not neatly .. he will make fuss of even the small mistake and shouts like a complete arshole … he has a side cheek .. even the security guards at his working complex calls him a gando characterless man ‘words of gaurd at lotus elite

You will not get any of above things in addition you have to hear abusive and foul language from the MD of the company after getting high in the office. I have been mentally harrassed by that person very much who is much interested in girls and gossips rather than work. Hell like environment.

very pathetic boss, too abusive, dont know how to talk to their employees, boss dont know about the relationship maintain with their employees.

no work culture is good, ambiance is poor, you can feel the negativity all day due to your boss continuously watching over CCTV and calls you inside and makes you sit their without any work and waste your time.
