1)The employer of this company is in the habit of using abusive language to girls too. 2) The job security is concerned, it is zero as the employer terminates the employee any time at his will. 3) As far as the salary is concerned, the girls are paid higher than the boys which is impartialitybetween girls and boys</mark>. 4) The freshers are paid higher than the experienced one. 5) The same songs are played in this company since morning to evening which is honestly terrible.6) The employees are not sanctioned the PF if he leave the company at his will. E-signing is kept on hold so that the employee can not claim online to withdraw his PF....Read More
