There were clear biars between male and female employees. Top management always abusing male employee and treating them like slave. Terrible work environment. Directors behavior wasn't not acceptable towards male and female employees. Specially Srikanth tapuriah.

very pathetic boss, too abusive, dont know how to talk to their employees, boss dont know about the relationship maintain with their employees.

Dislikes

no work culture is good, ambiance is poor, you can feel the negativity all day due to your boss continuously watching over CCTV and calls you inside and makes you sit their without any work and waste your time.

Good opportunity for learning.It was my 1st company after MBA and I was getting chance to meet MDs and Purchase manager of big plastic products companies.It good for starting point of career to learn sales as well as analysis which you will learn here.

Dislikes

Natur of MD is very bad.He might use abusive words for his employee in office.Even his mood is not get you can get abusive words in small small thing.I had seen my manager crying with tears in front of MD which was very embarassing situation.once I was getting call from MD always had been in fear befor picking call that how he would react.
