Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No job security, No working culture, No one take the right management decision, company policies are not good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

...e your job. Management says if you are ok with our terms then u can stay longer. Otherwise we will hold salary full and final and experience certificate. Notice period is 3 months for supervisor also along with all staff. Full of politics.
