Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area. And I see no reason why I shouldn’t earn more. I want to assure you that I discussed the issue with my manager. But they said that in the current state of economy they could not offer me anything better. So here I am, interviewing for the job with you, because your salary offer is much better.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

...oinees.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...on can learn and do well in this firm and the opportunity and projects are good. Salary is low when compared with work load. Travel and postings transfer are frequent if you are in projects. A very challenging job I was doing but I learned a lot. Work environment is good. Work-life balance is very poor.

Salary growth and work appreciations. If you are posted at Site Job require lot of effort, travel and might have to work for 7days a week. Work life balance is poor. Number of people in Staff at Projects is low. Career growth is slow.

👍🏼GOOD Company for employees salary on time etc all facilities good management of company . best EPC Company for Railway Transmission and telecom sectors of all types infractures and civil works also . many big projests over and many new projects going on in various sectors railways transmission and telecom etc

i thing nothing for dislike because as i see where in working in company i couldnt got any dislike in company employees are happy and working from many years in same company i know many employees who is working here since 20 years in this company any 10 plus years working in this company too much employees so best company for employees and environment etc

...e your job. Management says if you are ok with our terms then u can stay longer. Otherwise we will hold salary full and final and experience certificate. Notice period is 3 months for supervisor also along with all staff. Full of politics.
