Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area. And I see no reason why I shouldn’t earn more. I want to assure you that I discussed the issue with my manager. impatience management.....job security is in minus... if anyone take the ground report for this company then they don't want to join...no one wanted to join this company due to miss management, low job security..unnecessary pressure, mental stress i have seen many cases.. within the one month they have taken resign from that newly join candidate...please take reviews on ground level before joining this company...for me their working style is monday to thursday they ask to come office and friday early morning (around 2-3 am) they sent to vendor place for 2-3 days..means no saturday/sunday for my level candidates...I was also suffered a lot....Read More

-Need to care some organization chart(say hierarchy/or Any high power committee must be formed to minimize any escalation with some range of approvals.(may ease the single approver which impacts the work due to late approvals and no one ready to take the direct responsibility. -Staff /HEADS must have some basic qualification i.e minimum understanding of (Profit & loss)/ Project capturing is easy as compared to completion ....Read More
