Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...revious company was Crompton Greaves Ltd. I gave my 2 yearto RR Electricals Ltd. But in Lockdown they didnt give me my March Salary n Expenses till I am working without Salary. Because theycommitsme they will give me my money.. If u have Bajaj company experience in ur resume then only u will have Salary otherwise they will punish u why u have nt work in Bajaj.

You will get a chance to enhance your learning, but have to manage on compensation part as company will pay u below your expectations. Young leaders will get little disapointed here as experience will get more points not your talent. You will grow if you make good personal relationship with high commands. Overall good place to work if you are that phase of your career were you are satisfied what you are getting.
