Vision for the Service Market Share is invisible. Targets doesn't gets finalized till the end of the Year. There is no proper Logical KPIs. Senior Management shows a Good Visionary Targets but Roll-Out & Execution Plan is missing every Year.

1. Salaries are paid on time. 2. Job securities are there. 3. Travel was restricted throughout the Covid-19 till date, which is very much appreciable step by company. 4. Health policy revised for Covid-19 expenses if any employee suffers with it.

Dislikes

1. As an ASM (service) there is tremendous pressure of work. 2. No family time, no holidays, every 5 min phone is ringing. 3. Lean organisation, taking work of 2 manpower from one. 4. Saturdays are off only on papers, infact work 3-4 hrs in Sunday as well.

The thing which I like in royal Enfield that when any riders come in my workshop and when I attend him and the satisfaction of the rider gives me goosebumps for my job as my job is related with customer interaction so I supposed that when I resolve different kind of different people this is the thing I like very much

The salary which too much low as compared to the load of job
