...wed in the office. Toxic Environment. Work load is very high. Limited holidays. They cut salary a lot, even if you are 1 minute late they cut salary of half day. You will not get to learn anything here. NO JOB SECURITY THEY WILL DEFINITELY KICK YOU OUT ANYTIME SOON and many more.

There is nothing good about the company.

Dislikes

Rajiv Seth takes commission from the colleges to hire in this company and fires them in 2-3 months so he could hire someone else in their place and earn on a regular basis. This cycles keeps on going. And working there is like you can't talk in the office if they catches you they will threat you about firing. So no one should work there it's a shit company. And also they threaten employees if the take leave.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
