Good to work into Sales scope of learning skills by self is high. Security of job is great. Scope to learn more about sales & tough situation tackeling.

Politics in management. No defend hike in salary. Growth in career is too late. Sales pressure is too heavy.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive but the management is discriminate. They like only the people who make CHAMCHAGIRI. Company facing financial crises due to covid-19 pandemic, so company forcefully take resignation from staff.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary hike is very low and career growth is also slow. Value of staff members is less than workers.

It's been a very long time work with roca but the condition of employees very bad senior always make unnecessary pressure to junior and abused junior..very bad culture of working style of senior employees to there juniors ....

Dislikes

Also they are not supporting in this vivid situation they cut of half of salary and demanding to leave the company otherwise they will fired you ...alsway tourchere junior employees..

Good and encouraging environment. Challenging appraisal and promising career. Satisfying financial package and excited facilities.

Dislikes

Inter personal relationship are pulling back. Some of professionalism are very partial.
