Nothing to like. Arrogant boss and poor infrastructure

Poor infrastructure,while you says for a hike they wouldn't,if you goes as a fresher then your original document will be taken,they will have a bond but they will not give you any type of knowledge they will not train you properly.only 15 days leave in a year.

I am working with this company for the last 10+ years. I have never been faced any problem. Still, if there was any problem I have shorted that out by discussing it. Management is too much friendly and supportive. Most importantly here no one needs to compromise with their personal timings and schedules.

There was nothing to dislike but yes there is always an option to improvisation.

As a fresher, RNJ Consultancy Services gave very first opportunity as a graphic designer which i always wanted to do. Company policies are great, they provide amazing environment, best job security, healthy work - life balance, perfect opportunities to learn and grow on professional as well as person level.

too much perfection required in designing means lots of work.

First of all I would like to say RNJ is love. As a fresher I joined RNJ and learnt a lot. I learnt how to work in a time, how to handle the project single handedly in need. This company built confidence in myself.
