There is nothing to like other than salary and perks.
Dislikes
Worst Comment any to work at least in India.
Leadership in Montreal and London need to take step to identify mischievous persons. There are person hard worker who doesn’t get promotion 10 of years and others who is close to manager getting out of turn promotion.

- Hike is almost double of Inflation rate in India
- Pay Parity
- IJPs are promoted
No major dislikes as such. Below things can be improved:-
- No cab facility for day shift employees.
- Only one meal basis the shift.
- Mobile allowance of ₹2k p.m which is taxable. It should be reimbursement and not taxable.
- No free udemy business (Though they have Linkedin Learning)
- No secondment or Travel opportunities
- No big parties or events
- Office space of 5A is not as lavish as 7B.
...d consultancy doesn't know for which position they are selecting and key roles.
After selecting you, they will negotiate salary again n again like they are doing vegitables bargaining and said it's mnc company.
Totally time wasting process in and after interview shortlisted.
After selecting you, they will not follow up and no coordination regarding job specification.
They provided very less package as compared to they mentioned in job posting and want employee have to shift in that location in given package.
Better for those who got rejected in the interview process.
Even if you are selected, it will be time wasting process till the offer letter is given, because it will not be given at the last moment.

I like that SLT takes care of people. Safety driven. Innovation in mining. Global teams and working culture
Dislikes
The salary growth is very slow. Flat hierarchy. The campaigns and initiatives are mostly at senior/high levels and international offices. 10% of employees do indulge in dirty politics. Technology for systems is very outdated. Processes are very lengthy
Work culture is a major issue. Senior Leaders in India try to disconnect the team on ground from management in Australia. So even if the company as a whole promotes good work culture, the culture in India Gurgaon office is pathetic.
Poor work culture, similar pay raise for all irrespective of performance. So poor performers are happy where as good performers are always unsatisfied.
