Micromanagement is pervasive throughout the organization, with the CEO's involvement extending into various operational aspects, including marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations. This not only stifles autonomy but also contributes to a lack of trust and autonomy among employees. Additionally, office politics are prevalent, undermining collaboration and fostering a divisive work environment. Of particular concern is the apparent conflict of interest involving the CEO's personal relationship with a member of the HR team who also serves as a project manager. Nothing after knowing the real motive of the organization

Dislikes

... If no project then why gain do campus hiring in Dehardun and hire 20 employees. Last week 30 employees got laid off and few of them have not got salary also . They mention that they will give 3 months salary but they will never pay it. No notice period is ever given to an employee . They will be asked to leave in 1 day. DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION. they will be soon shutting down.

hiring and firing policy every year in the november and december. No Project. expectation of everything from developer, he will be taking the project by himself for this organization because they blame only new hired employee for this. CEO of company itself take care of everything who is doing what because he does not have any work beside drinking redbull.

Everything i hated about this company. every second week you will fell scared. because of the behaviour of the organization toward you. they always threats you by saying you will be fired because of this and that. this organization is having hiring and firing policy. they hire in starting of the year and fire at the end of every year all the hired employee. if you go on searching the number of employee its almost same every year. This organization will never grow because of the mentality of organization owner itself. he is very manipulative even he fake the story like my organization client is this and that big. but in reality if you ask them the totsl no of project in their organization till that they will tell you a lot.but in reality client takes off their hand and give them ghanta because senior management people are their own friends. they expect every thing from employee that he will be getting project.
