There is nothing to like honestly. Their so called company is managed by two idiots. It is more of baniye ki kapdo ki dukan rather than a retail house

Dislikes

They do not pay they will eat your money and won’t even burp. Worst experience of my life. The owner will also try on you will call you for parties get you drinks and will do inappropriate things then saying ‘yeh sab toh chlta hai na’ i was too traumatised by this that i immediately resigned the next day and the audacity to say ‘ mene toh aapki saari help ki thi you were not ready’ Absolutely disgusting place. There is zero learning it seems like dustbin dust all over no washrooms they pay you like you are one of their labourers. Stay as far as possible from this place.

They give the designer freedom to use his/her creativity to make new designs.

Dislikes

...ter or pattern master or tailors. They call them to work day wise to save money. In front of my eyes many tailors left the company the same day they joined after knowing that company will pay the half amount than the actual amount. They don't pay the fair amount to even sweepers.

Simply nothing. Nothing to appreciate and talk about. I was working as I was not finding any other company to work with.

Employers behavior Organizational set up No work culture and growth Deduction of salary on taking leave No HR policy No extra leave apart from Sunday No employee related facilities Salary deffered up til the 20th of next month Conpany didn't pay for traveling expenses for sourcing for fabric,trims within city. No washroom for female employees

Nothing to be honest.

Dislikes

Horrible experience working over this place. It doesn't have even very basic facilities such as clean washroom and drinking water. Place is very untidy. They even don't give stipends to the interns at the end. There's no learnings at all, just wastage of time. Work environment is also really bad.

Rhine retail private Ltd is a very fast growing company in garments sector as well E-Commerce. Company work culture is very fine and very helpful for new commers as well as existing employees.

In this company, the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as I have attended client meeting in evening time an late night. And there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior flows like me have to guide them step by step.
