Nothing to be honest.

Horrible experience working over this place. It doesn't have even very basic facilities such as clean washroom and drinking water. Place is very untidy. They even don't give stipends to the interns at the end. There's no learnings at all, just wastage of time. Work environment is also really bad.

They give the designer freedom to use his/her creativity to make new designs.

Terrible and pathetic company. They don't want to spend money in anything weather it's about buying new fabrics, or threads, buttons, accessories or hygiene. The place is very unhygienic full of dust and dirt everywhere. As a designer i was feeling like a labor because in lack of workers i had to do their work like making patterns, cutting the fabric for making samples, finding the right color threads to stitch the sample, stitching buttons and finishing by cutting the threads and packing. They are so miser that they don't have permanent cutting master or pattern master or tailors. They call them to work day wise to save money. In front of my eyes many tailors left the company the same day they joined after knowing that company will pay the half amount than the actual amount.
