...errible wash area. Not even tea provided by company. One day termination policy. First month salary keept as retension. Zero learning u have to work like a cleark. Only MD have rights to take decision. No leave policy. Greatest shock: if u r doing same work throughout year and going to continue same in next year also, so no increment up to 5 years. Thought of management: India is highly populated area, We can hire other one if u dont like policy.

1. No job security. 2. Dirty politics. 3. No job in the company Last 3 yrs. 4. Blame game. 5. No salary increment. 6. No value of job experience. 7. Company does not have proper vision. 8. Worst higher management. 9. Treated with Employee like a slave 10. False show-off as if they are have lots off job. 11. Dark patch of anyone's career.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
