...d to hr but there is no action . Similar case with my other staff and collegues. No salary on time . Incentives never wait bcoz it never come. Senior management do not listen us.

I am mentally harrased by my immediate boss. Same i complaint to HR but thr is no action against him. I was yhe performer . I got best afm award. Insted investigation they closed the case . I would like go to police against company and rbm who was my boss. In unprofessional envoirnment i had to resign.

...Be frankly this company can not be a support To me during The covid19 situation. And also they can be cut The salary we understand bt they can not be provide salary of 1rs...in this lockdown timing. And we know company give The salary bt it can not be reach To me. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
