...d to hr but there is no action . Similar case with my other staff and collegues. No salary on time . Incentives never wait bcoz it never come. Senior management do not listen us.

I am mentally harrased by my immediate boss. Same i complaint to HR but thr is no action against him. I was yhe performer . I got best afm award. Insted investigation they closed the case . I would like go to police against company and rbm who was my boss. In unprofessional envoirnment i had to resign.

...Be frankly this company can not be a support To me during The covid19 situation. And also they can be cut The salary we understand bt they can not be provide salary of 1rs...in this lockdown timing. And we know company give The salary bt it can not be reach To me. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
