Way to many - Non flexible working hours. No Comp-off - Salary structure is trap. CTC and in hand salary has a huge gap and if u leave the company before Bonus then u have actually working at poor pay scale - Job description is deceptive. Job is not even closely related to what a CA should do. U will get frustrated after one point at the work you are doing - All the A.Managers are good except A. - No structure in Hierarchy - Work not considered at Work Experience in many other companies so choose this job very wisely

Company offers handsome salary to freshers. This company is ideal.for someone who wants to persue educational/professional degree on weekends and earn on weekdays.

The salary structure is a trap. You feel like you are getting paid a lot but maximum of it is covered under performance bonus which you are entitled to after 12-15 months of service. Which even isn't assured, it's completely at management's discretion. As the company is growing rapidly, work culture is getting poisonous. People are out there pulling each other down instead of actually focussing on work and team development

Compensation is good for fresher, however the give increment in bonus and that is proportionately given as per rating.

The organisation is micro- managed. Pathetic top management. The job doesn't actually requires a CA. No complaints are resolved by the top management.

If you are joining this company and you are a Technical candidate, make sure you don't have any kind of personal life especially If you are working on a client facing you will be treated like a slave. In the name of flexible working hours, you will be starting your day around 9.30 or 10 a.m. and there will be no limit for logging off, sometimes It can go to 15-16 hours per day. Still, you won't get enough recognition and hikes. Even for the smallest task which can be done by any functional member, a big issue is created by SMEs/leaders. As technical resources are shared across multiple domains and each project lead/SME wants that resource to be fully available for their project without even considering the workload of other projects where resources are shared and there is no scope for learning anything new. Nobody talks about any innovations or new things same repetitive support work. No career growth is offered. Worst resource management and policies for employees. Upon discussion with management, "you get to hear that you will have to manage your time accordingly and work on multiple projects". Work-life balance is gone for a toss. The organization always favors senior resources enough if this can be seen because of those senior employees multiple employees are leaving the company.

I used to like it but now it’s not good, they consider only their gains don’t even give salary as per the employee designation and WORK They make you work a lot but least appreciation received for work and more criticism only!
