Company provides accommodation and food allowance along with salary. Work load is decent, exposure to the Industry is average. Colleagues are very positive and supportive.

Dislikes

Leaves provided are very less, 9 working hours along with 6 working days. No hierarchy in management.

They will fake their goody goodness in the starting!

Dislikes

...on't respond to emails and when they do they write false information in that. 2. They cut pay and leaves even if they mentioned in the email that they will not ( 1. point related). 3. They give half day to some employees and to some not. 4. They don't give proper holidays according to either India or Dubai. 3. They treat you as servant! Not LIKE! AS SERVANT! 5. They will change their sentences more than a chameleon changes it's colors. 6. The contract is a scam & a joke. 7. If you join then, be ready to loose a lot of money if/when the situation comes up!

I am hired for Dubai office. The company is great in terms of salary, exposure and timings.

Dislikes

I don't like the point that they don't much open up, management doesn't discuss the future plans only gives task to complete.

Firstly, I would like to appreciate the management for their continuous efforts in betterment of work culture and providing opportunities for the employees who proves their skills. This helps in building confidence and strive more for growth. Rethink Passion provides opportunities to young talent and work in solidarity.

Dislikes

There is no proper organizational structure which makes operations a bit difficult. A proper hierarchy helps in smooth work flow.

As a graphic designer, I have the opportunity to experiment with designs and contribute to the brand's visual identity. You will find some great colleagues, company provides food, travel and accommodation.

Dislikes

The fast paced nature of the fashion industry can sometimes lead to pressure, requiring quick turnarounds on designs. Also all Saturday is working day.
