The work culture is not at all good. They will poke you for everything you do. You will have no such work or skill development here. You come to office, sit for 9 hours and go home with strict break timings. They deduct salary on every small thing. You are not allowed to work from home even in emergency situations. They will mark LOP

Firstly, I would like to appreciate the management for their continuous efforts in betterment of work culture and providing opportunities for the employees who proves their skills. This helps in building confidence and strive more for growth. Rethink Passion provides opportunities to young talent and work in solidarity.

Dislikes

There is no proper organizational structure which makes operations a bit difficult. A proper hierarchy helps in smooth work flow.

As a graphic designer, I have the opportunity to experiment with designs and contribute to the brand's visual identity. You will find some great colleagues, company provides food, travel and accommodation.

Dislikes

The fast paced nature of the fashion industry can sometimes lead to pressure, requiring quick turnarounds on designs. Also all Saturday is working day.

There is no skill development, no proper projects to work on, management is not available if you need their help. Plus the people are totally shady, they won’t let you take more than 1 leave, even if you are sick and have had good record at work . And once you tried to leave, they will make you sign some contract and then after signing they would tell you that you won’t be paid your last month salary, height of being cheap.
